1. Introduction

Welcome to Final Driving School.
These terms and conditions govern your use of our services, including all driving lessons provided by our instructors, both in-person and online, where applicable.
By booking a lesson, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be legally eligible to receive driving instruction in England, which typically requires you to be at least 17 years old and possess a valid provisional driving license.

3. Service Booking and Scheduling

Lessons must be scheduled in advance with one of our qualified driving instructors. Scheduling is subject to the availability of instructors and may be booked by phone, or directly with the instructor.
The driving instructor shall provide lessons in accordance with their availability. If an instructor is unable to conduct a scheduled lesson due to unavailability, the instructor reserves the right to reschedule the lesson at a mutually agreeable time.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel a scheduled lesson, you must notify Final Driving School at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time of the lesson. If you fail to cancel within this timeframe, no refunds will be provided, and any prepayments will be forfeited.
Intensive Course Adjustments: For students enrolled in intensive courses, refunds will be issued for hours not used only if the course is adjusted according to the instructor’s ability to provide the lessons. It is the responsibility of the student to notify the school of their intention to adjust their course hours.

5. Refunds

General Refunds: Refunds for prepaid lessons or courses are only available under specific conditions outlined in these terms, including cancellation by the student within the permitted timeframe or adjustments to intensive courses.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: No refunds will be issued if the student fails to comply with the cancellation policy as stated in Section 4(a), or in any circumstance where the student is not compliant with the instructor’s scheduling and rescheduling policies.

6. Instructor Availability

Instructors will provide lessons based on their professional availability. They reserve the right to reschedule any lesson due to unforeseen circumstances or conflicts in scheduling.
Students will be notified of any changes at the earliest opportunity, and alternative arrangements will be made to ensure the continuity of service.

7. Liability

(a) Final Driving School is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during a driving lesson.

(b) All students must comply with the safety instructions and guidelines provided by their instructor.

8. Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions may be amended by Final Driving School at any time. Such amendments will be effective upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of our services following any amendments indicates that you accept the amended terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
